Thank you for supporting Found Grace Media. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please review our return and refund guidelines below.
1. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
You have 30 calendar days from the delivery date to request a return or exchange.
Non-Returnable Items: Gift cards and downloadable software products cannot be returned.
2. Damaged or Defective Items
If you received an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify us within 7 days of delivery.
We will gladly send a replacement or issue a full refund, including any applicable shipping costs, once the issue is verified.
3. Return Shipping Process
To initiate a return, please contact us with your order number and the reason for the return.
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning non-defective items. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
4. Refunds (If Applicable)
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days (typically 5–10 business days).
